Card Details

The GBank Visa signature card often requires a credit score above 690. Upon approval, the initial credit limit typically ranges between $5,000 and $15,000. Additionally, you may have a daily spending limit of approximately $5,000, with both limits poised to increase as you establish a favorable payment history with GBank.

If a transaction is declined due to maximum limit you can determine your transaction limit by going to My Cards -> Card Activity. Then, under "Status," select "Declined." Here, you can see the maximum purchase amount.

  5. You will also receive a text to complete a Know Your Customer verification "KYC." This involves taking a picture of your ID and a selfie, much like completing ID verification for many sportsbooks.

GBank Signature Visa Card And Matched Betting

GBank is the only credit card that does not treat sportsbook deposits as a cash advance. The GBank card allows you to make deposits and then get cash rewards on the deposits. The GBank Visa Signature credit card is a popular choice among matched bettors since it offers a 1% return on sportsbook deposits as well as 2% on other purchases.  This can have a noticeable impact on your yearly matched betting profits.

Most, if not all, other credit cards treat sportsbook deposits as a cash advance, entailing initial fees and interest charges. These interest charges may exceed your regular credit APR and commence accruing instantly. Given this, GBank emerges as the go-to credit card for sportsbook deposits.

Even though GBank does not treat sportsbook deposits as a cash advance, to be safe and avoid any unwanted fees, it is recommended that you set your cash advance limit to $0 as a precautionary measure. Be sure to pay off your bill in full each month to avoid any interest from accruing.

Note: DarkHorse Odds has an affiliate relationship with GBank and may receive compensation if you use the GBank Signature Visa Card.
